My Home Agent was founded by David Bramante and Kayla Jane in July, 2018. They were partners on a real estate team at Keller Williams Realty. Having recently moved their team to Venice, California (a brand new market area for them), they hit the ground running, gathering seller leads quickly using old school techniques, like cold calling, door knocking and leaving handwritten letters. David and Kayla started marketing on Amazon Alexa because it was a way to use modern technology to stay connected to homeowners. Their success was immediate, and they got 2 listings within 3o days, so they knew this technology had to be shared with other innovative Realtors.
